What basic documentation will I need for a loan application?
- Last 2 years of personal and business Tax Returns
- Interim Profit & Loss for the current year
- Personal & Business financial statements
- Credit report authorization
- Additional items particular to your loan request
(construction cost, acquisition cost, description of real
estate to be offered as collateral)
